Henna is an organizational development consultant and experienced coach with broad experience in planning, facilitating and leading demanding organizational transformation projects, and developing world-class leadership teams / pool to support needed transformations.
Henna views organizations as systems, in which holistic business strategy driven building of carefully selected organizational capabilities is the key to long-term success. She has thorough expertise of all HR/OD processes that are key in building world-class capabilities for the organization to reach its goals. Henna’s special interests are: facilitating transformations, organizational design, operational modeling, capability strategies, developing leadership teams and individual leaders, coaching, mentoring, diversity and transnational leadership capabilities.
Before becoming a consultant and coach, Henna has 13 years of corporate mgmt experience, mostly within Nokia corporation in various business HR positions with global and regional level span of authority. She is used to work in highly multicultural environment with various levels of leaders and teams with diverse backgrounds. Prior to HR/OD, Henna has also hands on experience from strategy & planning, finance & control, legal and sales functions.
Henna holds M.Sc. degree in economics and business administration. She is originally from Finland.
