Jack is an experienced trainer, facilitator and consultant who has facilitated hundreds of training sessions, meetings and management workshops for his clients in Asia-Pacific. He holds a Masters in Instructional System Design and has successfully designed and developed interactive soft skill training courses, e-learning products, teambuilding programs, and leadership and management development programs. He is an outstanding Project Manager, a process driven thinker with a great deal of experience successfully managing large scale training projects.
Jack has 18 years of corporate experience in human resource development, factory product and logistic planning, customer service, sales negotiation and contract management. During his career Jack has worked with Hitachi, Intel, and IWNC Consulting.
He has dealt with clients across professional levels and across industries such as sales and marketing, manufacturing, financial institution, and government agencies. Among his major customer includes Kraft, Oracle, Coca-Cola, Toyota, Schneider Electric, Ameco, AMD and Motorola.
