Since 1992, Donna has worked in design, research, training and coaching for major organisations within Australia, Asia and the United Kingdom.
Donna's has experience in executive coaching and facilitation in areas of change management and leadership. Also Donna in the area of Research and Diagnostic Analysis, where she has run interviews and focus groups as well as Organisational Cultural Inventory (OCI) Diagnostic research to create comprehensive reports for Executive Teams and Senior Management.
In the area of Design and Implementation, Donna has developed training strategies for organisations in various industries. Predominantly these programs are in the area of Leadership, Customer Service, Sales and Motivation.
She has also facilitated training programs from Sales Motivation, Behavioural Change through to Teamwork and Culture Change. She is a stimulating presenter who enhances her programs using accelerated learning strategies, NLP and real life examples.
