Luanne Hill’s focus is the creation of effective organisations in which people are able to achieve their full potential, through the development of individual and team effectiveness.  She has worked for or within corporations and major firms over the last 15 years, designing and implementing change/culture development initiatives. Luanne works extensively with top teams, line executives and change leaders to develop the strategies and capabilities to lead change in their organisations. A key to this work is the development and facilitation of team and group working sessions and leadership development programs.

As a coach, she is working with Executives, project leaders and their teams, to achieve business ‘turn-arounds’, build leadership capability and sponsor organisational change. Luanne’s expertise in ‘making change stick’ often leads to involvement in mentoring internal change teams to build their knowledge and capability to sustain the change.

Current Experience

  • A strategic initiative to transform a global IT organisation from a vertical to a horizontally aligned and client driven operation. Luanne is a key player in achieving change sponsorship and integration of a new way of working into day to day business practice.
  • Supporting the top team in a technology market leader to determine the culture and new way or working to drive performance improvement and achievement of the new business strategy
  • Building the leadership capability to build a performance culture in a major Telco.
  • International engagements with a Latin American Institutional Bank, to develop the strategies and culture to retain its talent as international players enter their market and  with a Latin American government bank prepare itself for commercialisation.

Previous experience

Prior to recent consulting engagements she held positions of responsibility  in

  • Westpac, where she led the culture development initiative in the retail bank, managing the implementation and building a model to sustain the change. 
  • McKinsey & Co. Consultant as a foundation member of team implementing a new culture and leadership development practice area. 
  • Corporate Vision  and  Zenger Miller boutique as a lead consultant delivering culture change programs with a range of corporations
