With 15 years of professional management and leadership experience and more than ten years as a consultant, facilitator and coach, Nancy is firmly committed to and experienced in bridging the ‘knowing-doing gap’. Understanding and knowledge gained in coaching sessions, workshops and other learning events are quickly integrated into day to day work performance to produce business outcomes.
Nancy is masterful at building rapport with diverse audiences and quickly assimilating into their culture(s), having worked with more than 5,000 Executives and Managers in over 20 countries including North and South America, Southeast Asia, India, Australasia and South Africa.
In 2001, Nancy became one of a small group of Facilitators and Coaches selected by leading global consultancy firm McKinsey & Co to partner with them, assisting their international clients with performance transformation and culture change.
From 2005 - 2007, after working successfully with numerous clients in Australia and abroad, Nancy was invited to lead the development then pilot several pioneering approaches to integrating and accelerating cultural transformation. Nancy successfully worked with the Bank of Montreal (Toronto) and Bombardier Aerospace (Montreal) helping them build internal capability by successfully deploying a network of specially trained ‘change champions’ and implementing a variety of technology supported group coaching initiatives.
When Nancy returned to Melbourne in January 2007, she was approached by ANZ Bank (Breakout) - widely acclaimed as one of the best examples of a successful cultural transformation program in the world - to assist them in taking their cultural transformation initiatives to a ‘mastery’ level.
In August 2007, Nancy was invited to facilitate at the Summer Learning Forums hosted by the Harvard Insight Initiative in Boston, Massachusetts.
