For the past 17 years, Patrick has designed and delivered programs on organisational change, transformational leadership and values alignment. His team building, conflict resolution and customer service workshops help organisations build cohesive and productive teams.

Patrick’s other passion is coaching senior executives in self-management, personal development and transformational leadership. He also works with people-leaders to develop their coaching skills and build cross-functional teaming.

Patrick hailed originally from the world of media and advertising, and has since worked in a variety of industries including banking, IT, health, public service, brewing, and heavy manufacturing.
