Overview

Patrick is a leadership development consultant, facilitator and executive coach with more than 25 years of commercial and consulting experience. He works with experienced executives and emerging leaders, both in teams and in one-on-one engagements. This work includes the design and delivery of hugely successful leadership and coaching programs. Programs that have ensured teams, individuals and organisations have results-focused and dynamic leadership mindsets and behaviours.

Expertise

Patrick is an experienced consultant. His expertise includes the design and facilitation of results-focused leadership and team-building programs and workshops, executive coaching and 360 survey debriefing. He is keenly versed in a range of leadership related topics including transformational leadership, organisational change, communications and emotional intelligence. Patrick is also a master facilitator with more than 10 years’ experience designing and delivering facilitator training programs.

Patrick has a wealth of experience working throughout Asia. He has worked in more than twelve countries in the region including China, Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia. This exposure has allowed Patrick to develop a unique understanding of multi-cultural leadership and organisational challenges.

Clients

Patrick has worked with many private and public sectors across a range of industries and portfolios. These include utilities, health, mining, financial services, banking, media and telecommunications.

Background

Patrick began his commercial career working in advertising and media in the UK and Australia. His roles included being the Sales Director for Australia’s largest commercial radio network. In this role he led a team of more than one hundred sales people.  Patrick also held the role of General Manager for the largest network station, guiding it to record levels of audience share.

Subsequently Patrick decided on a career change and joined a boutique executive development consultancy. Here he worked as a program designer, facilitator and coach. Later he joined McKinsey & Company. There he was one of a small number of founding members of the Performance Leadership Institute as a facilitator and coach specialising in mindsets and behaviours.
